Emergency officials are advising Tri-State area residents to prepare for the possibility of heavy rains and flooding as Tropical Storm Danny heads north.Danny is expected to develop into a hurricane that could threaten Nassau and Suffolk counties on Long Island this weekend along with portions of the Garden State.
Danny is expected to make some waves around the NYC metropolitan area as well.
